Please make sure your upload is in the correct PNG format with a TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND!! We will not issue refunds for any files that are not uploaded correctly!! We also cannot insure they will be placed within a timely manner if they’re not in the correct PNG format!!
If you have a design that needs to be made into a PNG design it will be a $5 fee! Please make sure to add a “custom design fee” to your cart!
